School-Based CBRS Interventionist
Location: Caldwell, Idaho
Schedule: School-Based | Daytime Hours
Pay: $21-$24/hour
A Role That Supports Student Growth and Success
At Care Options for Kids, our school-based CBRS Interventionists help students build functional skills, strengthen positive behaviors, increase independence, and succeed in the school environment.
You’ll work directly with students to provide individualized CBRS services aligned with their IEPs, service plans, and behavioral supports. You’ll collect data, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and Care Options for Kids School Psychologists to support consistent and effective interventions.
CBRS Professionals work under the supervision of a licensed behavioral health professional, physician, nurse, or endorsed/certified school psychologist.

- Collaborative school-based team
- Individualized CBRS services aligned with student needs and IEPs
- Supervision and guidance from School Psychologists
- Support with behavioral strategies, documentation, and data collection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- Experience working with children; experience with special needs preferred
- Experience with behavioral, developmental, or skill-building support preferred
- Strong documentation and data-collection skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with school and clinical teams
- Ability to follow individualized service plans and behavioral supports
- Ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations according to student-specific plans and training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely manage physical behaviors as needed
