As an Pediatric Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with Care Options for Kids, you'll provide one-on-one, in-home pediatric care that allows for meaningful impact without the fast pace of a hospital setting. In your first year, you'll be expected to deliver compassionate, skilled nursing based on individualized care plans often including trach, vent, or G-tube care while collaborating closely with families and clinical supervisors. Success will be measured by your clinical competency, consistency, and ability to build trust with patients and families. Pay:$95,160-$112,320+

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapyfrom an accredited program

  • Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice

  • Active Certification from the NBCOT

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
