As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS with Care Options for Kids, you'll provide one-on-one, in-home pediatric care that allows for meaningful impact without the fast pace of a hospital setting. In your first year, you'll be expected to deliver compassionate, skilled nursing based on individualized care plans often including trach, vent, or G-tube care while collaborating closely with families and clinical supervisors. Success will be measured by your clinical competency, consistency, and ability to build trust with patients and families. Sign-On Bonus Opportunity for Trach or Vent Home Care Nurses!
Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,500sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be discussed early in the interview process.

Requirements
- Current, active FloridaLPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
