As an (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse – SIGN ON BONUS with Care Options for Kids, you'll provide one-on-one, in-home pediatric care that allows for meaningful impact without the fast pace of a hospital setting. In your first year, you'll be expected to deliver compassionate, skilled nursing based on individualized care plans often including trach, vent, or G-tube care while collaborating closely with families and clinical supervisors. Success will be measured by your clinical competency, consistency, and ability to build trust with patients and families. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric Home Health
Sign-On Bonus Opportunity!
Eligible candidates may qualify for a $500sign-on bonus as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be discussed early in the interview process.

Requirements
- Valid New Jersey LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
