As an Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Care Options for Kids, you'll provide one-on-one, in-home pediatric care that allows for meaningful impact without the fast pace of a hospital setting. In your first year, you'll be expected to deliver compassionate, skilled nursing based on individualized care plans often including trach, vent, or G-tube care while collaborating closely with families and clinical supervisors. Success will be measured by your clinical competency, consistency, and ability to build trust with patients and families. Requirements
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
NBCOT certification for Occupational Therapy Assistant
Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in State of Practice
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver's License
