Available Programs
- Onboarding Success Coach – Guide and mentor new therapy clinicians hires during their first 60 days (CO, TX, AZ).
- Clinical Mentor – Lead monthly interdisciplinary meetings (CO, TX, AZ)
- Leadership Roles – Alongside building your clinical expertise, explore opportunities to grow and showcase your leadership skills by serving as a Mentor, Lead, Manager, Clinical Director, or partnering with Education & Training to support new hires during onboarding.
- Specialty Team Mentors – Focus areas include Feeding, AAC, and Infant (varies by location)
- New Grad Mentor – Support new graduate OT, PT, COTA, and PTA clinicians (CO & AZ).
- CF Supervisor – Oversee first-year SLPs during their CF year
- COTA/PTA Supervisor – Provide assistant-level supervision (OT/PT, SLPA specific).
- Student Program & Internship Opportunities – offers hands-on, pediatric-focused internships for therapy students across multiple disciplines, providing mentorship, real-world home health experience, and a pathway to future employment within the organization.
