Therapy New Grad Program

Our Therapy New Grad Program is designed to support recent graduates (OT, OTA, PT, or PTA) as they transition from the classroom to clinical care. Available in Colorado and Arizona—with more locations on the way—this program pairs you with a mentor in your discipline for four months of personalized support.

  • 1:1 Mentorship program - You'll be matched with a mentor in your discipline for four months of 1:1 support, including weekly check-ins and in-person session observations to guide your clinical growth.
  • Extensive training and onboarding: You'll receive extensive in-person and virtual training, including a week-long onboarding with our Clinical Training Team, two days of field shadowing, and ongoing support through caseload reviews with your Clinical Director.

  • One to one pediatric therapy care in a home environment

Qualifications & Requirements

We make it easy to join our team with training and support from day one. These are the basic requirements to begin delivering care.

  • Must hold a degree from an accredited program
  • Active license to practice in state of occupancy
  • Current valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto liability insurance.
  • Negative TB test results or a chest X-ray
  • New graduate OT, PT, COTA, or PTA (graduated within the past year)
